What does the WalkerScout service include?
Services Include:
Designing your job post and application process.
Job post management on Indeed and guidance for other platforms.
A unique WalkerScout application link, enabling clients to share the opportunity anywhere.
A listing on the WalkerScoutJobs.com Job Board with Featured Company status.
Applications reviewed by WalkerScout staff, with interview invitations for candidates meeting client parameters.
Professional, fair, and welcoming interviews with questions designed to learn more about candidates' experiences, skills, and motivations.
Asynchronous video introduction interviews are available to every candidate. Giving every job seeker an opportunity.
Virtual interviews are conducted on Zoom and run from 25 to 60 minutes* (based on interview/position complexity).
All recruiters are based in the US and have a pet industry background.
Client-provided videos can be embedded in the application and interview phases.
Detailed candidate summaries with recruiter notes, scores, and video clips/transcripts.
Professional references and professional work history obtained and verified.
Candidate behavior survey invites (provided by The Steering Group).
Guidance and support from WalkerScout management with the recruitment process.
Exit interview conducted upon request at no cost.
Additional Service Options:
Criminal Background Checks (provided by Foley Services) - starting at $45 per check.
Social Media Checks (provided by Foley Services) - starting at $50 per check.
Motor Vehicle Record Check (provided by Foley Services) - starting at $5 per check.
How much does WalkerScout cost?
Entry-level positions: $900 per hire
or
Principal-level positions: $1000 per hire* (requires a professional behavior survey)
Clients pay nothing to get started.
Invoice sent after a staff member has completed a 90-day probationary period with your team.
Invoices are due in 30 days. Staff members generate revenue for 120 days before payment is due.
All invoices are shared via email with a secure and convenient payment portal provided by Square.
Clients working with one of our preferred pet industry resources enjoy a $25 per hire discount.
