Recruiting Mission

WalkerScout is a unique RPO (recruitment process outsourcing) provider. The mission is to help small businesses working with animals scout, hire, and support their teams.

WalkerScout gives you access to a team of experienced human resources professionals that also have a background in animal care without the cost of an additional employee.

WalkerScout will perform the heavy lifting and the client’s hiring manager still will make the final call.

Please ask yourself these four questions. Do you struggle to replace a staff member when they resign? Are you unable to terminate a staff member when they need to be removed? Are you not able to meet client demand because of limited staffing? Is your team overworked presenting the risk of burnout?

What does the WalkerScout service include?

Services Include:

  • Designing your job post and application process.

  • Creating a custom job interview template running up to 30 complex questions.

  • A listing on the WalkerScoutJobs.com Job Board with Featured Company status.

  • Applications reviewed by WalkerScout staff with interview invitations for candidates meeting client parameters.

  • Virtual interviews are conducted on Zoom in 30, 45, or 60-minute intervals.* (all staff based in the US)

  • Asynchronous interviews powered by Hireflix with up to 15 bespoke questions.

  • Client-provided videos can be embedded in the application and interview phases.

  • Detailed candidate summaries with recruiter notes, scores, and video clips/transcripts.

  • Professional references and professional work history obtained and verified.

  • Guidance and support from WalkerScout management with the recruitment process.

  • Exit interview conducted upon request at no cost.

Additional Service Options:

  • Criminal Background Checks (provided by Foley Services) - starting at $45 per check.

  • Social Media Checks (provided by Foley Services) - starting at $50 per check.

  • Motor Vehicle Record Check (provided by Foley Services) - starting at $5 per check.

  • Supplemental appointments after the primary interview performed by WalkerScout - $90 per hire.

How much does WalkerScout cost?

$850 per hire when paid over seven months in six payments.

or

$1015 per hire when paid over 13 months in 12 payments.

  • Clients pay nothing to get started.

  • Invoices start after a staff member has completed a 30-day trial period.

  • Every monthly invoice is due in 30 days.

  • If a staff member resigns or is terminated, unsent invoices are voided.

  • All invoices are shared via email with a secure and convenient payment portal provided by Square.
